How to Prepare for Your First Professional House Cleaning

Many people feel they should clean before the cleaners come. You do not need to. A little preparation simply helps the team spend their time where it matters most.
Helpful, but quick
- Pick up clothes, toys, and paperwork from floors and counters
- Put away valuables and anything fragile you would rather we not move
- Let us know about pets and where they will be
- Share entry instructions, alarm codes, and parking details
Tell us your priorities
If the kitchen matters most, or a guest room needs extra attention, say so. A short list of priority areas helps the team focus on what will make the biggest difference to you.
What you do not need to do
You do not need to scrub, dust, or supply anything. Our team brings what they need. If you prefer specific products, we are happy to use yours.
After the visit
Walk through and tell us how it went. If anything was missed, we make it right within 24 hours. Your feedback also shapes the notes we keep for your home so every visit gets better.
