These terms apply to your use of sageandsudscleaning.com and to services booked with Sage & Suds Cleaning Co. LLC.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if the scope or condition of the space differs from what was described. We will confirm any change with you before work begins.

Scheduling and cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a visit. Late cancellations or lockouts may be charged a fee as described in your service agreement.

Satisfaction promise

If something on our checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours of your clean and we will return to address it at no additional charge.

Access and safety

You agree to provide safe access to the property and to tell us about pets, alarms, or any hazards. We may decline to clean areas that are unsafe.

Liability

We are licensed and insured in the State of Florida. Please report any damage within 24 hours of service so we can review it promptly.

By opting in to text messages you agree to receive service and marketing texts as described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
