About Us
Local, personal, and precise
Sage & Suds is a Winter Springs cleaning company serving homes, rentals, and commercial spaces across Central Florida.
Our Story
Built around peace of mind
Jacey Pettis is the Owner and Managing Director of Sage & Suds Cleaning Co. With five years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial cleaning, Jacey built Sage & Suds around a simple belief: a clean space should give people back their peace of mind.
She leads the team day to day, sets the cleaning standards every crew follows, and personally oversees quality on new accounts. Her background spans recurring home cleaning, move-in and move-out deep cleans, short-term rental turnovers, and commercial janitorial work, giving her a clear view of what each client needs.
Jacey is joined by co-owners Cartree Pettis, Amanda Catanzaro, and Kevin Catanzaro, who bring nearly a decade of property services experience. Sage & Suds comes from the team behind All American Maintenance, serving Central Florida since 2017.
